We provide shipping, logistics, freight coordination, quote support, and related services. Specific services may vary by shipment, destination, carrier availability, operational limitations, and applicable law.
Any delivery date, transit time, sailing date, or arrival estimate is an estimate only unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs, inspections, congestion, weather, labor issues, governmental action, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment information, including cargo descriptions, dimensions, weights, addresses, declared values, and any required documentation.
The customer is also responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and lawful tender of goods. We are not responsible for losses, delays, fines, or extra charges caused by inaccurate information, improper packaging, prohibited goods, or missing documentation.
Quotes and pricing are subject to change until confirmed. Final charges may vary based on destination, shipment size, service type, storage, special handling, carrier charges, customs issues, port charges, fuel surcharges, or other third-party or operational costs.
Payment is due as stated on the applicable quote, invoice, or service communication. We may withhold cargo release, delivery coordination, or service performance until payment is received in full.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Trade Link LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, market loss, or delay-related damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for loss, damage, nondelivery, misdelivery, or delay shall be limited to the lesser of:

To the extent our services involve ocean freight, those services may also be governed by federal maritime law, Federal Maritime Commission requirements, carrier tariffs, and related transportation documents. This page does not replace those separate governing documents.
Except to the extent controlled by federal maritime law or other mandatory law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
